The fun begins as we schedule tours to see around 4-6 homes that meet your criteria. This is a chance to find out what you like and dislike, explore neighborhoods, and see different styles and sizes of home in your price range.
Once we find a home or condo that you love, we’ll do a market analysis to ensure you don’t overpay. Our proven strategy gets you the right home at the right price, while protecting your interests in the process.
We answer all your questions about the neighborhood, help you explore schools and commute times, do a thorough inspection, work with your mortgage professional, conduct a comparative market analysis and more.
The process of closing begins! We’ll open escrow for the sale, perform inspections, and the title and deed of the house will be transferred to you. We project manage all the different partners involved in getting you closed and in the door to your new home.
