KRISTIN MUNGER FOUNDER + BROKER

Kristin Munger is the founder and principal agent for Team Munger. With a background in technology and marketing, she knows that things change fast and that the best advocate is one who stays agile. Since 2004 she has been driven by a passion to elevate the real estate industry and set the standard for client advocacy regardless of price range. With a focus on exceptional results, she has consistently provided a premium experience to buyers and sellers. She loves to learn new ways to better execute on the mission of client delight. And having the chance to work with and get to know her clients over decades as their lives evolve is what makes it less of a job and more of a calling.

AMANDA WREDE ASSOCIATE BROKER

Born and raised in Seattle, Amanda enjoys sharing her deep knowledge of the neighborhoods that make up our city. She is constantly inspired by how each home has its own unique story and strengths. Her innate creativity and love for design provided a natural foundation for her move into real estate in 2011 at Windermere. With a background in architecture and design, Amanda has a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the aesthetic elements that make a house feel like a home. When she’s not helping our wonderful clients, she loves capturing her family through photography, working in her garden, on home projects or posting mouthwatering content on her Black Dog Cottage baking blog.

NATALIE ZULAUF TRANSACTION MANAGER

Natalie Zulauf's background in Musical Theatre Performance (BA) has given her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and adaptability—skills that have proven invaluable since she transitioned into real estate in 2016. She started as an assistant, and has since founded her own company, Released and Recorded (R&R), which specializes in Transaction Management. R&R is the go to referral for transaction management for all Jacobi 6 Windermere Offices. Originally born and raised in San Diego, Natalie has been living in Seattle by way of Chicago since 2015 with her husband, Zach, and two sons Remi and Riley. When she finds the opportunity, she enjoys making time for theatre, music, couches and new restaurants.

GIVING BACK

The Windermere Foundation has donated more than $50 million to support non-profit agencies dedicated to helping low-income and homeless families in our area.
